SURVEY DESIGN

We convert the questionnaire you provide into one that is formatted for a state of the art optical scanning program. This program allows completed survey data to be read directly into the computer. This saves hours of time in data entry typically done by hand. This process increases validity of data exponentially. Once the surveys are scanned, the results are immediately available for data analysis.

Surveys are available for both paper and web-based format.

DATA COLLECTION

Our services include having us collect your data. Whether you are using paper or web-based surveys, we will take care of the entire data collection process.

We will go onsite to distribute and retrieve the completed surveys. We also provide complete direct mail services. Survey preparation, mailing and direct return to Survey Design Services for data entry and analysis.

With web-based surveys we maintain the database, launch surveys and provide results to you saving time learning complicated on-line survey programs.

DATA ENTRY

By having your surveys designed by SDS, data entry is no longer the laborious task it once was. Now you have an option of having your completed surveys read by our optical scanning program presenting you with results for analysis upon completion.

We clean the data and present you with results that have the highest level of integrity in the industry.

DATA ANALYSIS

We conduct selected statistical analyses for your research project. We work with you to understand why the analyses were chosen. Once results are obtained, we work with you to synthesize the results and apply them to your research project.

REPORT WRITING

The final report is possibly the most important part of the project. Oftentimes this can be difficult as turning numbers into understandable words can be challenging. Through the use of tables, charts and graphs, SDS can help transition the tabulated data into terminology that is understandable for both you and your audience.
